University and Teachers Rugby Union Club Inc.100 Club Fundraiser – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this fundraiser is University and Teachers Rugby Union Club Inc. ("the Club"), Queensland, Australia.

2. Fundraiser

The fundraiser is known as the 100 Club.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to persons who meet any minimum age requirements applicable under Queensland law.

By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Tickets

Tickets are $100.00 AUD each.

A maximum of 100 tickets will be sold.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Tickets are not transferable unless approved by the Club prior to the draw.

5. Prize Draw

The winning ticket(s) will be selected by random draw.

The draw will take place at 6:00 pm on Saturday, 1 August 2026.

The location of the draw will be advised by the Club.

6. Winner Notification

Winners do not need to be present at the draw.

If a winner is not present, the Club will contact them using the contact details provided when purchasing their ticket.

It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.

7. Prize Pool

The University and Teachers Rugby Union Club Inc. 100 Club fundraiser consists of 100 tickets, each sold for $100.00 AUD, creating a total prize pool and fundraising proceeds of $10,000.00 AUD.

The prizes to be awarded by random draw are:

The total prize pool is $4,000.00 AUD.

The remaining funds raised will be retained by University and Teachers Rugby Union Club Inc. to support the Club's activities and operations.

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash alternatives unless determined otherwise by the Club.

8. Claiming the Prize

There is no specified time limit for claiming a prize.

The Club will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the details provided.

9. General Conditions

The Club reserves the right to verify the identity of any winner before awarding a prize.

If the draw cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Club's reasonable control, the Club reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the draw and will notify entrants accordingly.

Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering the fundraiser and contacting winners and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket in the University and Teachers Rugby Union Club Inc. 100 Club fundraiser, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
